Jun Fan Gung Fu/JKD Concepts

The late Bruce Lee and Dan Inosanto researched every martial art they could. Bruce’s system is known for its economy of motion and integration of arts. In this class we try and guide you to find your own flow and integration, we are all-different, and as such will react differently through various structures we give you the information you will need to flow.

Phase Class

This is our mixed arts class, when we do 20 minutes weaponry to help improve hand eye co-ordination then followed by 40 minutes Muay Thai Kickboxing to help with our fitness and flexibility, this class is a must for anyone new in the arts, it will give you a great base to improve your training.

Muay Thai Kickboxing

The national Sport of Thailand, Muay Thai fighters have been called “Kings of the ring”, they may strike any part of the body with kicks, knees, punches and elbows: an awesome art of constant concentration on defensive structure.

Submission/Grappling Arts

From Kali, shoot wrestling, Jun Fan and other grappling arts, we include hitting and trapping on the ground, choking, arm and leg locks and takedowns from the ground position.

Filipino Boxing

In this art we learn how to punch, kick, knee, elbow, arm wrench, leg sweep. This has to be the empty hand art of the decade. A must for anyone interested in real self defense.

Kali/Filipino Arts

A weapon based, Filipino Martial art training includes many categories from single to double stick and knife work. We at MKG understand that people don’t carry two sticks in every day life, but we believe that training in a weaponry art greatly improves your empty hand/kickboxing skills.

Muay Thai Drill Rounds

The national Sport of Thailand, Muay Thai fighters have been called “Kings of the ring”, in this class we learn the 8 weapons of the body through various drills, combinations and fitness workouts on pads.
