Xmas closure dates

The last sessions before Christmas will take place on Tues 20th December. However, there will be a one off Thai session between 7-8pm on Wed 28th December (to burn off those pounds of Turkey, before the New Year’s binge!).

Sessions in the new year will re-commence on Tues 3rd January.

Rick will be holding a 2 day seminar on Sat 29th and Sun 30th October.

Sat: Commences 1pm
Sun: Commences 10am

Members £35 per day or £60 for both days
Non-members £40 per day or £70 for both days

Grappling class time changes

Hi All, our grappling class times are changing as of 16th March 2010. The new time is 6.15pm to 7pm. Thsi is really great news and I hope you can all make the new time. See you on the mat.
